QTags provides mobile messaging services to some of the largest brands in the world, including Microsoft and Accenture. They are located in Houston, but serve clients in the major advertising hubs, New York and L.A, and have an expanding client base overseas. So how does a company with a staff of two service clients spread across the globe? They use Yugma.
"Yugma helps us feel bigger," said Jeremy Konko from QTags. "Yugma is very easy to use and setup, which is one of the reasons we liked it," said Konko. "You can notify everyone and be in the meeting five minutes later."
However, QTags doesn't just use Yugma for meetings. "We create corporate applications and global apps with groups in the U.S. and overseas. We use Yugma to collaborate with them," said Konko. QTags has also found Yugma valuable when it comes to training clients and partners on their software platforms.
Originally QTags had considered other tools in the same space as Yugma, but found them too expensive and clunky to use. "Yugma is a great tool for Mac users," said Konko, "And it was a great low cost option."
Saving money is crucial for any small business, and Yugma has enabled QTags to raise profitability by cutting down on travel, while offering better service to their clients by making themselves available for important meetings at a moment's notice.
"In meetings people hardly notice Yugma because there are never any problems," said Konko. "The fact that no one says anything is an indicator that it's worked really smoothly. It never takes away from what you are trying to do."
